To streamline the booking process for clients:
  • Perform a health check and run relevant testing with yourself prior to clients booking in a behaviour consult with our vet team. This helps screen for any medical causes for the patient's behaviour and fast tracks the medication prescription process should they be required. 
  • You can download our Veterinary Health Check Form (see buttons below) as a reference guide. 
  • Send patient history and blood results to [email protected].​
