  1. Get in touch via email - ​[email protected]  or book a Free Discovery Call by clicking the "Let's Talk" button below. ​
  2. There is a non-refundable but transferable deposit to secure your booking, the amount is dependent on the package on offer.
  3. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send through a Terms and conditions form and a ​Pre-consultation questionnaire to help you get the most out of your time with our vets on the day of your consultation.
  4. Please note that full payment is expected prior to your consultation to ensure our sole focus is on you and your pet on the day.

Tasks to complete prior to your consultation with us:

1. Pre-consult Questionnaire
The questionnaire helps screen for behaviour problems your pet may have and assist us in setting goals and formulating a tailored treatment plan.
  • ​This is sent to your email upon confirmation of your appointment.
  • Please email your completed questionnaire to confirm your booking with us.
2. Medical Records
​It is important to rule out medical causes for your pet’s behaviour problem. Please call your regular vet for this to be sent to [email protected] as they will need your consent to send a copy to us.
3. Blood Tests 
This helps to ensure there is no underlying medical cause for your pet's problems and streamlines the process for prescribing medication should they be required upon clinical assessment.
  • For patients <8 years old, blood tests are highly recommended but not essential for booking. 
  • **For patients >8 years old, a health check and blood work within last 3 months is required prior to consult.**
If you are booking in a health check and blood test with your regular vet, you can download and print the relevant health check form below and present it to your regular vet to fill in.
