When you refer a client to us, our veterinary team will assess, diagnose, medicate as required and set a behaviour modification plan for our patient.

We will then refer them back to you to tutor them through what they need to learn. It is very much a collaborative approach.

  • If clients are ready to book in, refer them to "For Owners" page on this website for booking details and pre-consult requirements.
You can help streamline the booking process for our clients:
  • All owners will need to complete and return a pre-consult questionnaire to confirm their booking with us. 
  • Please advise owners to call their regular vet and send their pet’s medical history to [email protected].
 
  • For animals < 8 years old, please advise it is preferable to have a recent health check and blood tests with their regular vet to streamline the process should medications be required.
 
  • For animals >8 years old, please advise that they MUST have a health check and relevant blood tests with their regular vet 48 hours before their behaviour consult. 
 
  • Veterinary health check forms are available in "For Owners" and "For Vets" section as a reference guide.
