With our consultation services, we aim for you and your pet to be well-supported for both of your needs. 
We offer a range of consultation services and packages including telehealth, at-home consultation and Vet/Trainer packages tailored to your specific needs.

​Before your consultation, we will ask you to fill in a
​pre-consultation questionnaire, have your pet’s medical records sent through to [email protected]. Please note that all our services are prepaid. 
​The initial consultation takes 1.5h up to 2 hours, we will be discussing your pet’s:
  • Behaviour history/concerns
  • Behaviour assessment to help you understand your pet's emotional motivations.
  • Behaviour support plan
    • Management 
    • Behaviour modification plan
    • Medications may or may not be involved - this will be assessed and discussed with you during consult.
After the initial consultation, we will:
  • Send you consult report within 4 weeks.
  • Provide all necessary information required for your pet’s treatment.
  • Depending on your support package, we have various followup options available for you. 
  •  Liaise with your referring dog trainer or regular vet, with your permission, to provide your pet with any support he/she may require.
There are a few options to continue to engage with us after your initial consultation:  
  • Enrol in our In-Person Coaching Sessions with Amelia or our affiliated trainers (Dogs only)
  • Monthly Zoom sessions for continual support 
  • At Home Revisits
  • Telehealth/Phone consults to continue scripts
